De verstrekking van hulp en het beoordelen van de noodzaak hiervan ten behoeve van gemeenschappelijke steun (scholen ziekenhuis en kerk) zal in overleg met de plaatselijke bestuurders van de instelling geschieden. Hierbij zal beoordeeld worden of dit in financiële vorm of in de vorm van goederen zal plaatsvinden. In beide gevallen zal door de instelling verantwoording afgelegd moeten worden van de verleende hulp.

Voor individuele hulp aan personen zal gekeken worden in welke mate en welke vorm van hulp nodig is. Bij financiële hulp zal beoordeeld worden of dit als gift of als een renteloze lening zal plaatsvinden. Als de financiële hulp of goederen als gift beoordeeld wordt, zal daarbij bekeken worden of de persoon in staat is, ten behoeve van de gemeenschap, een tegenprestatie te leveren, denk hierbij aan het schilderen van klaslokalen van de school of reparatiewerkzaamheden.

What type of aid to give to community projects (schools, hospital and church) and whether such aid is necessary, will be determined in cooperation with the local officials of the relevant community project. This decision making process will further determine whether the aid is to be financial or in the shape of goods. In either case, the community project will be obliged to report on the results of the aid.

In case of aid to individuals, we will assess to what extent and which form of aid is the most appropriate. In case of financial aid, the alternatives are either a gift or a loan without interest. When the aid is a gift to an individual, either financial or goods, we will establish whether the subject is able to reciprocate the community, e.g. bij painting a school's classrooms or performing general repairs.
